I never thought I could fall in love with a smooth printing plate, but wham Bam has made such a great plate. I don’t use anything else anymore. All of my prints come out buttery smooth on the bottom and I’ve had zero adhesion issues as long as you follow the directions about keeping the plate clean, no glue or hairspray needed for your prints to stick
Works great. Picked one up for the A1 Mini due to how well the one in my X1C works. Just don’t print PETG on it without a barrier.
Thankfully, I haven’t needed to test these out yet, but they installed nice and easy, look pretty good, and help me sleep better at night during long prints.
Great Build Plate if you're having trouble making your projects to stick. Just be aware of the glossy finish it makes. Having said that, I have 3 of them, so if you're looking for the ultimate sticky build surface this is the one for you.
I love my X1C but this plate takes it to a new level. I hesitated to spend $50 on a build plate, but it’s worth way more. Every print is smooth and perfect. The quality of my prints have increased as well.
I wouldn't buy the printer again without getting this plate. Huge improvement. Thank you!
Never thought I would need one until I used it. It has made my resin work station so much better!
Mirror finish and good adhesion, but not very scratch resistant.
While it is a real pain to remove the old surface the new one went on with ease and works great. I've been using Wham Bam build surface on my FDM print for years and they work great and hold up well. I have started resin printing and use a Wham Bam flex plate build system on it and it is the same great quality.

Initially attracted to textured plates for their ability to eliminate the need for glue or hairspray, we occasionally faced bed adhesion issues, albeit rarely (about once in every 40+ prints). Intrigued by several positive reviews, I decided to order Wham Bam plates for our print farm to test their performance. These plates promise the best of both worlds—smooth and textured surfaces. So far, they have delivered a smooth finish with zero adhesion problems across the last 70+ prints.
I will be ordering plates for the remainder of my printers.
This plate does infact fit the Bambu A1 mini....except for when it comes to the nozzle wiper. The rear alignment tabs are a bit wide and take up a good portion of where the silicone wiper sits. Unless you are comfortable modifying your wiper (cutting part of it off) or modifying the tab on the plate, this might not be for you. Outside of that, print performance is great as always with this pex plate!

Works perfectly as expected
These plates have a more course feel. Cannot use a microfiber cloth. Prints just stick! First layers are great. Was using normally and cheap pei, there is a difference here. My second fav are the black pei. However cost is similar but wb quality is on another level. V2.4 350, Micron 180, v0.2 120. All covered I’m whambam!
Am using PEX Build Surface and very happy that it works so well!

This item is listed as compatible with FLSUN Super Racer (SR) but it is not really the correct size. This item is 265mm in diameter while the SR actual bed size is 270mm.

I have an X1C and K1 Max. When I print ABS on the K1 it use to weld itself to the build plate and take FOREVER to chisel the print off the plant. With the X1C I had the exact opposite problem...getting ABS to stick to the build plate for the whole print was an act of God. With the WHAM Bam plates my ABS issues is gone for BOTH printers!!!
My only complaint is that of the 4 Wham Bam plates I bought, half of them have started flaking their coating especially along the the flow calibration lines. Not a lot, and so far not enough to interfere with a print, but they were a bit pricey to start seeing issues already. At the moment the pros out weight the little bit of flaking, so I do absolutely recommend them.
Both both the XTR Powder Painted PEI and the PEX, and so glad I did. They work so amazingly - wish I had done this sooner!
I wanted a smooth high temperature plate for my A1 mini and I love my Wham Bam Resin Flexi Plates so I figured the price wasn’t much more then Bambi’s. I couldn’t be happier. It’s so easy to clean and install. Temperatures are very consistent. After each print you just give it a little scuff and I wipe it with alcohol. Things that I had adherence issues with on the Stock PEI don't fail on the Wham Bam. I have only printed every variant of PLAs on it and I couldn’t be happier. Plus Wham Bam’s customer support is second to none. After using this I got one for my P1S too. Thanks and keep up the great work.
I had have great success with the plate for the larger BL printers, so I bought one for my mini. It works great, good adhesion and nice smooth bottom surface.
Best plate for pla and other compatible filaments. I love the smooth mirror like finish on the bottom of the prints
it does not fit p1p its ok on the sides but the back does not fit at all unless i cut out the holes to make it fit, maybe you sent me one to fit on other machine but this one absolutely does not fit waste of money, I will not recommend it to any body
